Cathy Gretzinger is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) who works with leaders as a trusted thinking partner to generate confidence in decision-making and action planning.

Cathy brings over 30 years of Gov’t of Alberta leadership experience and 15 years of coaching expertise to coaching. Supporting, listening, and encouraging are strong characteristics that Cathy possesses and are essential in her ability to build positive interpersonal relationships with her coaching clients. She believes that the leadership tool and skills of coaching can empower leaders to better equip themselves and their staff. As well as create a more positive, supportive, and inclusive work culture by adding a coach approach into their leadership toolbox.

Her intention as a confidential thinking partner is to support and encourage those she works with, to help them examine what is challenging them and find their own best solutions to what they face. She partners with her client’s to maximize their personal and professional potential along with holding them accountable to their goals and decisions.

Since completing the Royal Roads Executive Coaching Program as a Certified Executive Coach, she has also attained both a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation and Certified Mentor Coach status with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and additionally holds a certificate as a Certified Diversity Coach. She is also a coach training facilitator with Coaching Out Of the Box and certified Core Strengths Facilitator and uses the self-awareness tool in her coaching relationships.
